Asked before sending.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The first call, with whoever would build your project, is free of charge. If what you need turns out to be advice rather than a build, that becomes a paid consultation, scoped and priced before it starts.
What happens after we send the form?
A person who would do the work reads it and replies, usually within two working days, with real questions. If it fits, there is a free first call, then scope, model and terms are written down and signed digitally before any work begins.
Do we need to know our budget and timeline?
No. "Not sure yet" is an option for the budget range and "Exploring, no date" for the timeline. The engagement is priced later, in writing, once the scope is clear.
Will our idea stay confidential?
Yes, from the first message. Your idea is treated as a protected secret and your material stays confidential without expiry; we never show client work and never share one client's project with another. We also sign an NDA.
Can we write or message instead of using the form?
Yes. Write to studio@ilinxa.com, where the studio itself reads and answers, with no ticket queue, or message us on WhatsApp. The form is faster when you already know roughly what you want built.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes, when the work is scoped as a whole and paid properly: we never work free or cheap. Smaller starting points exist on purpose: one automated workflow (mid-production) before a full system, or one defined website package. Fit is decided on the free first call.
