The site, and everything around it.
Defined as a whole engagement, not a set of hours, and ending with software running in production, owned or licensed on terms written down in advance.
Content
Pages, articles and updates written, published and kept current, on a cadence agreed in advance.
Accounts
Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads: set up, verified and operated, in your name.
Search and AI visibility
Technical and content SEO, and the structure that lets AI assistants read, retrieve and cite the site.
Campaigns
Paid campaigns and the marketing calendar, planned and run against the strategy, with original creative only.
Research and strategy
Research on your buyers, market and competitors, and a written strategy revised as the numbers come in.
Who ends up on a retainer.
A company with a plan and nothing set up
There is nothing to take stock of: no accounts, nothing published, no strategy written down. It begins with research on your buyers, market and competitors, and everything else is built on that.
A company whose site is live and unattended
The site works, and nothing has been published since the day it launched. We establish what exists and who currently holds each account, then take the whole of it over.
A company with accounts someone set up once
There is a half-verified Business Profile and an Ads account spending with nobody watching. The accounts are taken over in your name, verified and operated properly, and reported monthly.
From audit to campaigns.

Asked before signing.
Whose accounts are these?
Yours. Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads are set up, verified and operated in your name, and your access to every one of them stays in place throughout.
What happens if we stop?
The accounts are already yours, so there is nothing to hand back. The strategy, the calendar and everything published stay with you, and we say in writing what is mid-flight before the last month closes.
Does the site have to be one you built?
Usually it is. If it is not, we review it first and rebuild what will not hold: there is little point publishing content and buying attention for a site that cannot carry either.
How is it priced?
As one engagement, not hours. The scope above is priced as a whole for your case and written down in advance. There is no generic price list, because there is no generic engagement.
Do we own the code?
Use license by default, code purchase on request. Both models are published, and the one you choose is written into the engagement before work starts.
