AI agents, made accountable.
Agentic AI automation means an AI agent carries out steps of a business process with the tools and data you grant it, inside a boundary written down in advance, with every step logged.
Mid-production
One specific workflow, automated end to end: intake, decisioning, action, and audit trail. The right first step when you want proof before scope.
Full production
A complete production-grade automation system across connected workflows, with shared memory, tool access, and operational monitoring.
The work that repeats.
An operator who can describe the process, not build it
You can walk anyone through the workflow step by step. Nobody on your side can turn that description into something that runs without you.
A company doing the same work by hand every day
The business runs, and a share of it is people moving items between systems. That part has to be automated with an audit trail, and the work cannot stop while it happens.
A team with scripts and flows that keep breaking
Something already runs: a script, a no-code flow, a prompt someone wrote. It fails quietly, nobody can say why, and it cannot be trusted with anything that matters. We write down what it does and build the automation fresh.
From process to handover.
- 01
Process
The workflow as it runs today, written down with its inputs, decisions and exceptions.
- Intake, decisioning, action
- Defined inputs
- 02
Boundary
What the agent may do alone, what needs a person, and what happens when it fails.
- A written human boundary
- Tool boundaries
- 03
Design
Tools, memory and failure behaviour decided and written before anything is built.
- Documented architecture
- Shared memory, tool access
- 04
Build
One workflow end to end first, then the connected ones around it.
- Mid-production automation
- Audit trail
- 05
Run
It runs in production with observable steps and monitoring, watched by us.
- Observable steps
- Operational monitoring
- 06
Handover
Operational handover to your team, with support for six to twelve months.
- Operational handover
- 6 to 12 months of support

What is agentic AI automation?
Agentic AI automation is software in which an AI agent carries out the steps of a business process on its own, using only the tools and data you grant it, inside a boundary written down in advance. Every step is observable and logged, and whatever falls outside the boundary waits for a person.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot or rule-based automation?
A chatbot answers questions and a rule-based automation follows fixed steps; an agent decides between steps and acts through tools. That is why our automations start by writing down what the agent may do alone, what needs a person, and what happens when it fails.
Can we start with one workflow?
Yes. Mid-production is exactly that: one workflow automated end to end, with intake, decisioning, action and an audit trail, so you see it working before you scope the rest.
How much does it cost to build an AI agent for a business?
There is no list price: an automation is priced as one engagement once the workflow and its boundary are written down. The figure follows the scope, one workflow end to end (mid-production) or a connected system (full production), plus the ownership model and whether deployment is included.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
Failure behaviour is defined before the build, not discovered afterwards. Every step is observable, the run stops at the boundary you set, and the audit trail says what happened and why.
What can the agents reach in our systems?
Only the tools and data you grant, and the boundaries are written down before anything is connected. Access is scoped, every action is logged, and how to revoke it is part of the operational handover.
Do we own the code?
Yes, if you choose code purchase: you buy the source outright. The default is a use license: we build, own, host and keep evolving the app, and you run it under your brand with full admin access. The model is written into the engagement before work starts.
